At PRRANSIH Fragrances, we strive to provide high-quality fragrance products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and cancellation policy.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged
• Wrong product delivered

Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof such as photos.

Refund Process

Once the issue is verified, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:

• Product used or opened
• Request made after the allowed time
