RETURN & REFUND POLICY – PRRANISH FRAGRANCES

To maintain safety, hygiene, and authenticity of fragrances, we do not accept returns for used or opened products.

1. Eligible for Return/Replacement

We offer replacements only if:

• Wrong product delivered

• Damaged product delivered

• Missing item in the package

Conditions:

• You must raise a request within 24 hours of delivery

• You must provide a clear unboxing video without cuts or edits

2. Not Eligible

• Opened, used, or sprayed perfumes

• Fragrance preference issues (don’t like the smell)

• Damage reported without proof/unboxing video

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are issued only:

• If the product is out of stock during replacement

• If cancellation is done before dispatch

Refund timeline: 5–7 business days depending on the bank.
